Returns and Exchanges
Return & Refund Policy

1) Eligibility Window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.
2) Condition Requirements

Unused stickers: Eligible for a refund or exchange if returned unopened/unused and in original condition.

Used stickers (valid issues only): If a sticker tears, delaminates, has a print defect, or clearly fails under normal application, contact us within the 14-day window. We’ll review photos/video and offer a replacement or return at our discretion.

If a sticker damages the surface it was applied to during normal use following our instructions, we’ll replace the sticker or accept a return of the remaining stickers in that order. We do not repair or reimburse the item/surface the sticker was applied to (see Liability, §8).

Tip: For best results, apply to clean, dry, smooth, non-porous surfaces. Avoid unfinished wood, textured plastics, silicone, leather, or painted surfaces with poor adhesion.
3) Non-Returnable Items

Custom designs, final-sale/clearance items, and used stickers without a product defect are not eligible for refund.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect surface prep, or damage from removal are not considered defects.
4) How to Start a Return/Replacement

We’ll reply with instructions and an RMA (return authorization). Returns without an RMA may be refused.
5) Who Pays Shipping

Buyer pays postage for returns and for replacement shipments.

We recommend a trackable method; lost return packages are the sender’s responsibility until received by us.
6) Refunds & Timing

Once the return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method for the product amount (shipping and gift wrap are non-refundable).

Please allow 3–7 business days after we process your return for the credit to appear.

Exchanges ship after we approve the claim and receive the returned item (if required).
7) Address Issues

Enter your shipping address carefully at checkout. Returns or non-deliveries caused by an incorrect/undeliverable address aren’t refundable; we can re-ship once you provide the correct address (additional postage applies).
8) Liability & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the address provided (or to the carrier if you arranged your own pickup).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StickerFie is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, application, or removal of our stickers (including damage to personal property).

Our responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the sticker(s) purchased, as outlined above.
9) Changes
We may update this policy at any time. The most current version will always apply to future orders.
