1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, placing an order, creating an account, or engaging with our services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be 18+ to purchase, or have a parent/guardian’s consent if under 18.

  • Keep account information accurate and secure. You’re responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3) Products, Colors & Availability

  • We design and sell stickers and related goods. Product images are illustrative; colors may vary due to screen settings and production tolerances.

  • Quantities may be limited; we may discontinue or modify items at any time.

4) Pricing, Taxes & Currency

  • Prices are listed in USD unless noted. We may change prices at any time prior to order acceptance.

  • Sales tax and/or duties are added where required and are the buyer’s responsibility.

5) Orders & Payment

  • Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or cancel for any reason (e.g., suspected fraud, incorrect pricing).

  • We accept major cards and digital wallets via Shopify Payments, and may offer PayPal/other methods.

  • By placing an order you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.

  • If you open a chargeback without contacting us first, we will provide proof of shipment/delivery to the processor.

6) Shipping & Delivery

We offer two domestic options at checkout (availability may vary by region):

A. Free Economy Letter — No Tracking

  • Sent as letter/flat mail without a tracking number. Typical timing 3–10 business days (US). Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

B. Tracked Shipping (e.g., USPS Ground Advantage)

  • Includes a tracking number and better visibility.

Risk of loss & title: Risk transfers to you once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided (or to the carrier if you arranged your own pickup). We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, customs, or incorrect addresses.

Address accuracy: You are responsible for entering a correct and complete address. Orders returned for address issues can be re-shipped after you provide the correct address; additional postage applies.

7) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (14 Days)

  • Return window: You may request a return within 14 calendar days of the delivery date recorded by the carrier.

  • Condition: Stickers must be unused/unapplied and in original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Used items (defect-based): If a sticker tears, delaminates, prints incorrectly, or clearly fails under normal application, contact us within 14 days with photos/video; we’ll review and offer a replacement or return at our discretion.

  • Non-returnable: Custom designs, final-sale items, and used stickers without a product defect are not eligible.

  • Buyer pays shipping for returns and for replacement shipments. We recommend a trackable method; lost return packages are the sender’s responsibility until received by us.

  • Refund timing: Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method for the product price (shipping/fees are non-refundable) after we receive and inspect the return.

Application guidance: For best results, apply to clean, dry, smooth, non-porous surfaces. Avoid unfinished wood, textured plastics, silicone, leather, or poorly cured paint.

8) Liability & Surface Damage

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StickerFie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or property damages arising from the use, application, or removal of our stickers (including any damage to the item/surface to which they are applied). Our responsibility is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the sticker(s) purchased as described in Section 7.

9) Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards

  • Promotions and codes are single-use, non-transferable, and may not be combined unless expressly stated.

  • We may modify or end promotions at any time. Gift cards are subject to their stated terms and applicable law.

10) Intellectual Property

  • Site content, product designs, text, graphics, and logos are owned by StickerFie or our licensors and are protected by IP laws.

  • Your purchase grants a personal, non-commercial right to use the product. You may not reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from our designs without written permission.

  • Fan art: Where noted, artworks are inspired by popular culture and are unofficial; rights remain with their respective owners. If you are a rights holder with concerns, contact us at [stickerincs@gmail.com].

11) User Content & Reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, or comments (“User Content”), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content for marketing and operational purposes. Do not post unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.

12) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law; infringe IP or privacy rights; submit false orders; or attempt to bypass site security.

  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data without written permission.

  • Use the Services for commercial resale of our products without authorization.

13) Third-Party Services & Links

Our store runs on Shopify and may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, apps). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

14) Communications

By providing contact information, you consent to receive transactional communications (e.g., order updates). If you opt into marketing emails/SMS, you can unsubscribe at any time (message/data rates may apply for SMS).

15) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Except as expressly stated, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

16) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Services or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. The foregoing does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

17) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StickerFie and our owners, employees, and partners from any claims or damages arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

18) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflicts rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [Multnomah County, Oregon].
You and StickerFie agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration on an individual basis and waive class actions, except you may bring claims in small-claims court.

19) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.

20) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website and applies to future orders.
